How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is handcrafted with care, which means it takes a little time to get it just right.
Production Time: 2–3 weeks
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
In total, please allow 3–4 weeks from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Is the jewelry handmade?
Absolutely. Every piece at Shining Starz is individually handcrafted, combining traditional craftsmanship with thoughtful design. We don’t mass-produce — we make each order feel like a one-of-one experience.
What materials do you use?
We work with lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, stainless steel, and solid gold to ensure stunning brilliance and durability at an ideal price point. All materials are carefully selected to reflect both beauty and integrity.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We stand behind our pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns must be in original condition with packaging.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — all jewelry comes with a limited 1-year warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
